Overview
The Home section in Dandi provides an overview of DEI insights across your entire company, via the Overview, Department, and Location data tables. These tables now have additional filters to control the time period of data that is shown.
Table filters
Previously, the data tables in Home would display the data for the most recent month upon which the data was ingested from your HR system. With the addition of the time filters, both the time range and period can now be adjusted to view historical data. The time range can be by month, quarter, or year, and the time period can then be selected from the last four time periods available. Once selected, the data in the table is automatically updated to reflect the time filter.
This now matches the time configurability that is available within Explore, and thus provides the View-only role more functionality within Home to analyze the aggregate DEI data. Example shown below.
