Overview
Updates to the data tables in Explore provide an easier way to analyze your data and to export the tables to share with others.
Filtered display
Depending on your data set, some of the employee attribute tables within Explore can be quite large. This is especially true of the Job Titles table, which can oftentimes have hundreds of rows given the unique number of job titles present within a company.
Previously, when a table was expanded, all the rows were displayed regardless of the filters that were applied to generate the report. This could result in most of the table’s rows being empty (segments with no employees), and requiring the user to scroll quite a bit to review the relevant data.
Now, any row within the Explore data tables that doesn’t have an employee count (across all the columns) will be hidden. The rows that are displayed have at least one column that has an employee count greater than zero. The “filter table” option list is also filtered accordingly. This results in a much more concise table that is easy to read and analyze.
Image export
The employee attribute tables can now be exported as an image. Simply click on the download icon next to the table name and it will be downloaded as an image. Any sorting or filtering applied to the table will be included in the export.
A common use case for these image exports is adding them to internal presentations for sharing DEI insights with the team. Sample export image below.
