We’ve introduced new and improved graphs to help you better analyze and visualize your data!
Compensation reports
Our updated compensation reports are now easier to read, as the bars extend out of the Equity Index line (up for positive and down for negative). It’s even simpler to identify compensation gaps among your employee segments.
Stacked Bar graphs
Stacked bar graphs are a new type of visualization that’s available for your Representation, Hiring, and Performance reports.
They provide a distribution analysis similar to a pie chart, but also provide a view over time to easily see trends in your data.
As with all existing reports, these new and updated graphs can be added to your dashboards and exported for presentation purposes.
