Overview

Goals makes it easier for DEI leaders to orient their efforts around data-driven objectives. Without achievable, data-driven goals, DEI leaders—and programs—cannot succeed. With Goals, our aim is to put leaders and companies on a clearer path to shared success.

Dandi customers can set goals against any data they process through our platform.

For example, you might set a goal to increase the number of women hired in your engineering department by 10%, or achieve a 50% reduction in the female pay gap at the director level.

Setting Goals

Dandi customers can set goals against any data they process through our platform. Start by navigating to the Goals tab in the main navigational menu.

To set a new Goal, click the “Add Goal” button in the top right of the screen.

Next, you can choose the analysis that you’d like to set a Goal for and click “Generate.”

From here, you can view the current status of the analysis you’ve chosen, and select the following for your goal:

  • Goal value (Ex. 50% Female hiring)
  • End date (Ex. December 2023)
  • Time interval (Ex. Yearly)
  • Name (Ex. “Female Hiring company-wide”)
  • Description (Ex. “We plan to have 50% of 2023’s new hires identify as Female by December of this year”)

Dandi will track progress towards all of your Goals at each data refresh interval, which you can view by clicking into a goal at any time.
