With Timeline, Dandi customers can see exactly how DEI programs impact employee experience by allowing users to overlay key events onto their DEI data.
Adding event to your DEI Timeline
To add an event to your DEI Timeline, click the Timeline tab in the main navigation menu, then click “Add Event.”
A few examples of events to add:
- The start of a new unconscious bias training program
- The launch of a department-wide re-organization
- The hiring of a new DEI leader
- The implementation of Dandi itself 😊
There’s no limit on the type or number of events you can add. So if you think it matters to DEI, it probably belongs in Timeline!
Adding Timeline events to Reports
When you want to overlay events onto a Dandi report, simply select the three dot menu from any report in Explore, and click on “Event.”
Next, select which Events you’d like to add to the Report and click “Apply.”
The selected Events will be added along the X-axis of your report, which you can Save or Add to a dashboard like any other report in Dandi.
